Well decorated, cosy, clean Good location to access Buxton town for restaurants, cafes etc (some noise from outside but with ear plugs it’s fine) Loved the comfy seats on window sills great place to enjoy the view with a cuppa and great lighting for doing make up!! Well equipped kitchen with tea, coffee etc

Bed was not comfortable, springs were digging in. Sofa also not very comfy. Cannabis smell from another flat was permeating the flat at times, appreciate the owners can’t do much with this but still wasn’t very pleasant. Bath couldn’t be used due to water pressure, would appreciate if this was clear on the listing Previous guests took the parking permit but 24 hours was only around £4.20 so pretty reasonable

Really central location, great communication from hosts, easy check in and out, parking permit for out the front, overall very pleased!

Really comfortable apartment - perfect for our weekend in Buxton. Great location, really close to amenities (pubs, cafes, restaurants and Sainsbury's Local (the coffee and Rasa, across the square, was excellent), and an easy walk to the rest of the town centre. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay, from sufficient cooking utensils to a big sofa. Lots of sensible stuff too, like hooks, places to store your bits of pieces and lighting options. Well recommended (providing you can cope with the stairs to the 4th floor, which really weren't that bad ... and the views made it worthwhile).

Not so much a negative, as a a word warning to manage expectations. The flat has electric heating, which (for obvious reasons) is turned off when the flat is not occupied. This meant it was quite chilly when we arrived, although it really didn't take long to warm up. After that, it was really cosey.

The property was very clean and great location as it's so central but was noisy at night particularly at closing time with the pub just across from the flat, and their outdoor seating. Also with people parking up and blaring music for hours on one of the two nights. Take earplugs!

We found the sofas and the bed to be very uncomfortable. You can feel all the springs in the mattress so we didn't sleep well, and couldn't sit and relax on the sofas. Also disappointed that there's a bath in the pictures but it can't be used which is not called out anywhere on the listing - you're warned about the steps but not that you're actually unable to run a bath because the water pressure is not good enough.
