The Portside Apartment

I love the location and the fact that I didn't have to bring some stuff over to the apartment. Almost everything was there making things easier for me and my family

I observed that the heating system doesn't work at night when it's mostly needed because of the cold. We had to use duvet

Lovely decor, comfortable beds, smart TV, spacious lounge, and bedrooms, free parking

The stairwell leading up to the flat, which was on the 3rd floor, was very dirty, dark at night No ifo, that I read, regarding having to walk up 3 flights of stairs, which was challenging for my 83 year old mum. The toilet was extremely snug There was mascara on one pillow case and sequence in the bed.

It had everything we needed.

The stairs to the property, they were never ending. But can’t have everything.

I really liked the size of the apartment, location, friendliness of the hosts. In the apartment itself the living room (as a whole - sofa + table + TV + size) and beds were really good.

This place really requires some renovation - I was afraid of using such dirty rain shower, towels had some stains, kitchen equipment was dirty and incomplete. Also drawers, wardrobes, even hangers were far from the first freshness.

Lovely modern, bright, flat. Great location. Security entrance. Bedrooms and living room spacious enough. Parking at front entrance.

Toilet was so small with no ventilation. Mattress in double bed was uncomfortable, dipped on one side. Cleanliness not up to my standard, it was clean, but little things like finger prints on windows, fluff, dusty and not hoovered well, there was a visible stain on our bedding, cupboards in the kitchen on the inside had dirty marks on them. Just a bit more attention to detail, that's all.

Loved the ease and layout of it, location was perfect for where we were staying. The natural light was great too.

We struggled a little with the kitchen space when cooking and preparing meals.

The place was in a good location and close to the town facilities.

The toilet / bathroom is way too small, like seriously too small. There is just enough room to sit on the toilet. If you weigh more than 230 lbs i think you'd struggle to fit. I weigh 180, and i could just get the pants back up, no room to move at all.

The apartment it's self was comfortable and location was good.

There was 50 stairs to the apartment and no lift we had an 80yr old with us and the stairs were too much for her this was not made clear. The stairs were filthy, cigarette buts, broken glass and smelled of bins. The bathroom and toilet were incredibly small which made them uncomfortable to use.

Clean , well decorated

- The toilet is frustrating. So , so narrow - this apartment is on 3 rd floor. So very difficult to move in with big luggage . No lift
