We've stayed here before and it was really good. Good location, comfortable beds, good TV and wi-fi, big windows with decent views.

To enter the building you have to force open the front door with your shoulder - the key doesn't work. The cleaning wasn't so good this time. You should take a sweater as the heating in the living room is quite poor.

lovely living room and main bedroom, suitable kitchen

Shower and toilet room very small perhaps down to older property, a bit tired and could do with a face lift in places. Otherwise flat suited our needs perfectly, and main areas spacious and stylish.

"Nice flat in a good Greenock location"

Stayed for 2 weeks in May 2023. Good location, close to Esplanade and west end, plenty of bus stops nearby and a train station about 10 minutes walk away. The flat is on the top floor and has big windows so it is nice and bright with good views towards the east. Comfortable furnishings, good beds, small but nice kitchen. Big smart TV with really good wi-fi. An all round nice flat.

Manuals/instructions for things would be useful. All the heating is in the centre of the flat, at the entrance to each room. The rooms are a good size with high ceilings so can be a bit chilly - take a sweater.

Location ideal for what we wanted. Rooms spacious and nicely decorated. Nice shower. Very Clean. Great Value

As others have said, great TV but a little complicated. Toilet very cramped but acceptable

ideal location for our visit as family live in surrounding areas . Modern furnishings .

Struggled in small kitchen for work surface but felt it was well equipped. Toilet tiny , toilet seat far to small and no hot water tap in there . No hand towels left with the bath towels . Shower room again tiny but done out lovely .Sealant around shower cubicle mouldy , shame as it wouldn’t take long to re do . Water didn’t drain away very quick in shower . No cover on the ironing board . Light in twin room not working but lamp did . one side of wardrobe door broke .
