Norman Road Rocks Too!

Very spacious property with very well equipped kitchen . Very good size bedroom and Lovely lounge area. Sofa bed was also very comfortable. Hairdryer provided by hosts was very good. Good location, near to shops for provisions and only a short walk to sea front .

Restricted Parking was a problem on all roads around the area. The bathroom shower tray has a problem with water not adequately draining away and leaks out under the tiles. The bedding needs updating. the sheet on the big bed was worn flannelette!

Beautifully decorated, lovely and quiet location. Great shower. Comfy bed.

It was quite cold until we found and turned on the central heating - not sure this should be turned off when it’s so cold out, as it got down to a very chilly 15 degrees!

The apartment hadn't been cleaned at all. Wet, used towel on the floor in the bathroom, bed not freshly made up, bins not emptied, dirty crockery/cutlery in the dishwasher, surfaces dirty/dusty. Working away from home & not reaching the apartment until early evening meant that nothing could be done until the next day so the sofa was used to sleep on with a blanket from the car. The fact that a cleaner then had to enter the property in my absence the following day wasn't welcomed. The company refunded £20.00 for the cleaning element.

The kitchen was spacious and the property was clean.

It was a very clean apartment. It was close to the waterfront and there were places to eat and drink nearby as well as several antique stores in that area. The area itself seemed a little run down but also a bit bohemian

The apartment was really well presented and very clean and new , we did find though that the dark painted walls made it feel like it was a basement flat. Being a seaside flat we expected it to be bright and lightfilled. That was the only downside about it

when we walked in the property all you could smell was cannabis which was obviously being smoked in other properties but was very strong and was not really good as I had my children.and parking wasn’t brilliant as had to park on different road and walk to the apartment which isn’t brilliant when you have kids on your own.

The property was freezing cold when I arrived. Heating off. Couldn't get it on. Mislaid pin number so couldn't get help. Had to stay at friends house that night. Too cold. Next morning contacted property. Found pin. Sent someone. He put heating on .....took hours to heat up. It ruined my stay. I'd also had problems trying to cancel booking only 2 hours after I'd booked. Wasn't allowed to. I'm not impressed by this experience. I don't expect to freeze when I've paid to stay somewhere. I won't be recommending it to a friend

the apartment is very modern, beautiful layout, well equipped and very spacious. It is in a great location.

We liked everything. my only feedback would be that check out time should be extended from 10am to 11/12. luckily the hosts allowed us to stay until the cleaner came which was super helpful as we had our kids and needed the extra time to get ready.
