Leylands - Perfect location near town and beach

Location, off street parking and cleanliness was great. The owners really made an effort to make it warm and welcoming. This was our second stay here and we will be back! Communication from the owners was excellent!

Nothing! Although it can’t be helped the two flights of stairs was the only downside but not enough to stop us coming back!

Excellent location, well equipped accommodation, clean and convenient parking.

Would prefer blackout blind instead of venetian blind to keep light out. 10am check out is a little early.

Close to town centre, pier and beach, yet very quiet. Private off street parking. Owners provided welcome biscuits, bottle of wine - much appreciated. Cromer is one of the best English seaside towns. Not run down but not pretentious either.

Beautifully situated apartment, parking, easy walking distance to town, beach and Pier. Extremely well equipped, a real home from home. Hosts are exceptional, couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend a visit. We love it here and are planning our next visit already!

Everything was great we had a lovely time

Everything was really good and it's so geared up for family holidays I nearly wished we had the grandchildren.

Charming seaside flat with deceptively more room than you expect. The hidden gamed room is brilliant. It was very cosy on a frosty winter coastal break and the location was excellent, short walk to the beach.

Very close to the centre of Cromer and in a quiet location. Flat very cosy and warm.

Living in bungalows the stairs were extra exercise.
