Leylands - Perfect location near town and beach

Very close to the centre of Cromer and in a quiet location. Flat very cosy and warm.

Living in bungalows the stairs were extra exercise.

Great location, very comfortable and homely. Very light and bright flat with everything we needed. Convenient parking outside, which was a bonus.

Great location, the flat was really clean and the hosts provided lots of little extras above and beyond expectation. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to any prospective clients.

We had a wonderful stay and everything about the place was lovely. Matt and Maisie are great hosts...the welcome goodies were so nice to find and they even bought fans because I was worried it was going to be a hot week. The flat is light and airy, really well laid out and there were plenty of books, dvds and games to keep everyone busy. The "secret" games room was a huge hit with my teenage son too. Would love to stay again when we get a chance

There was nothing to dislike

The flat was nicely decorated and furnished, very light and a good place to relax.

This is not something which can be changed, but the stairs up to the flat were a trial for three elderly people. The shower was also a bit of a challenge when getting in and out. If a rail could be fitted it would help, though the design of the bathroom means this would not be simple. But we are, after all, a country with a an ageing population.
