Location and comfort

Location, cleanliness toys / games provided. Condiments / tea and coffee also provided. Generous welcome pack on arrival. Loved having 3 bedrooms for the 5 of us.

Personal preference but the blinds at the windows keep the flat light and airy feeling. But not great at keeping light out in the mornings and activating lively children in the early hours. Should have bought own black out blinds.

There was nothing to dislike.

Milk and biscuits left for us on arrival. Everything had been thought of. Going back with grandchildren, they'll love 'The Den'

Key safe position

The location was perfect, I liked the welcome items such as orange juice, potatoes in the freezer, biscuits etc. It was also useful to have access to two sets to keys. There was recycling available and the property was decorated for Christmas which was lovely.

My husband had to alter the pressure of the boiler to get enough hot water for a bath and for the heating to come on strong enough. Some kitchen utensils weren't clean from a previous occupant.

Everything was great , a home from home. Will stay here again
