I didn't like the fact the money grabbing thieves booked guests in off air bnb then I booked in after them on booking.com with my last 100 and was left to walk streets all night as a disabled person. Absolute joke is an understatement but then again I will be pressing for compensation so maybe I get last laugh

Owner was abroad and difficult to get hold the key box was stiff and was unable to get access to the keys

Very poor cleaning standards and carpets and sofa were very poor

Good location and it was useful to have a kitchen for our three day stay.

The place isn't in very good shape: carpets were filthy; the place was generally worn and grubby; mattress was uncomfortable & blinds are extremely insufficient for stopping light. I think the pictures a taken in a very clever way to hide the state of the property! No response from host despite messaging a few times. We received lots of automated messages which gave us the information we needed so at least there was something.

The property had a great location close to Plymouth hoe, barbican and city centre.

The property is in need of some treatment and a good clean. There were broken tiles and a blocked sink in the bathroom. Kitchen was unclean and full of cobwebs. The living room consisted of a coffee machine without any instructions or coffee! The mattress in the bedroom was either cheap or very old and it creaked with every movement and you could feel every spring. Unfortunately, the boiler decided to play up one night also, after messaging and ringing the owner their communication was none existent. Luckily we managed to get it working again and normal heating and hot water resumed.

Location and parking space Very warm and comfortable flat.. Good communication with the owner who is easily reached and wants to make you feel at home

Kitchen a bit poor in utensils. Wall to wall carpet would need a good cleaning

Location was great. Bed comfy. Lewis was in call whenever we needed him. Parking slot. Felt like home for the 5 days we stayed. I would Deffo stay here again.

. Wasn't very clean. Glasses were filthy. I just cleaned what we were using so was OK. Lovely bath. I just think it needed a woman's touch.
