Cosy, Central Flat for up to 4 with Park View

The staff was very quickly responsive- we got our entry instructions, all was fine. The place was as described, clean with all linen and towels provided. Very good service for money in Oxford!

While we were informed that the flat was on the upper floors, the staircase was quite narrow, so I would just advise on baring this in mind if having large suitcases.

Comfortable night’s stay within walking distance for a night out in central Oxford

Bathroom sink was a bit small and towel rail was not secure.

Washing machine. It was clean. The bed was lovely -.really comfy.

Back entrance. A bit pocky. A bit stuffy. Poor internet.

The beds could be better, the sofa bed has missing slats and needed attention also the general wear and tear of the property. e.g the cracks in the windows need repairing, and the towel rail was hanging off the wall.

Overall good location in Oxford, within a mile walk to the city center. The flat was quite small but overall cute. Be aware that to enter you have to go around to the back alley, which the hosts did warn me about before hand.

Overall our experience was ruined by our arrival. The door code was switched earlier in the day, so I had to figure that out. When we got to our flat, there was no key. It ended up that we were assigned the wrong flat, and after multiple messages and calls to a busy signal, we gave up and found alternative lodging late at night. On our way, we finally got a call and returned. We requested a discount on the first night only to pay for our cab to the other lodging and for our stress/time as it took 1.5 hours to get in, but never heard a response. Booking.com couldn't get a response either. The experience soured our opinion of the flat, which was overall pleasant. The bed was very soft and the pull out couch was very hard so warning if you are particular on mattresses.

It was only 20 minute walk into town It had the things we needed

It was quite small - we had 3 people in it & 4 would have been very tight There was no parking & the road outside is quite noisy

Fairly convenient location to get to the city centre. Good bus service for those who prefer not to walk.

The bathroom needs a revamp. No shelves, hooks, or anything on which you can store toiletries, nowhere to hang towels. Poor WI-FI and TV stations were a non-starter, just kept getting a no signal message. There was no response from the property host when I messaged. Overpriced for what you get.

It was a good location and nice neighborhood. We really liked that there was a washing machine and kitchen

It was rainy and cold and we had been given the wrong code. We had to find wifi and connect with the host and finally got the right code to get in. Not good at all.

Convenient to access property.

The bed was broken. I had to sleep on the couch for all 3 nights. I have since asked for a full refund, as it is quite unacceptable, to let out a property to me which had no bed that I could sleep in.
