Just off the Square... Ballater

Appartamento al primo piano di una tipica casa d'epoca in comoda Posizione centrale, vicino a panificio e supermercato ci sono ampi spazi, wifi, due televisori. I mobili non sono nuovi ma poco importa, e c'è anche un camino in salotto.

Poco pulito soprattutto cucina. Buttate via gli alimentari lasciati dagli ospiti precedenti, è un po' disgustoso trovare maionese o ketchup vecchi di settimane o mesi fuori dal frigo. Gli armadietti sono pieni di queste cose, non è una bella cosa. La scala è scomoda con bagagli pesanti ma era regolarmente indicata nell'annuncio.

Uitstekende locatie, in het centrum van het dorp, op 40 meter van de supermarkt.

De inrichting was wat gedateerd en oud. Alles was een beetje smoezelig.

Directions not clear for how to use heat Not all heat units were working needs a facelift with new pillows and mattresses Sofa very dusty and dirty - I spent about 30 min cleaning.

Location was steps away from town center

Place is “tired”. Could use some TLC. Only 2 so so bath towels, one hand towel in kitchen. Window at top of stairs wouldn’t close. There was no power when we arrived, had to call owner and have them walk me throw turning it back on. Something like that should have been checked prior to our arrival. Just a tip: if you are going to cater to international guests please provide instructions on how to operate the hot water heat systems and radiator controls
