Just off the Square... Ballater

Location was brilliant, very spacious too

Lovely flat in a great location

Central location of flat, on street parking available closeby, fairly spacious rooms. Once mastered the heating was satisfactory.

General cleanliness throughout the flat was poor and required attention. Dirty and stained carpets. Decor extremely poor and earlier repairs poorly finished. Waste bins inside entrance full / smelly!

Very close to bars, cafes, restaurants, chippy, supermarket, information centre, local shops, electric car charger, and good walks. Effective heating once we understood it. Spacious and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen.

Bathroom is small and has little headroom above sink (for brushing teeth), Hot water pressure in tap is a trickle, However the shower is as effective as can be expected from an electric shower.

Comfortable traditional flat in the centre of Ballater. Good sized lounge, kitchen and bedrooms.

The entrance hallway and stairs are needing a bit of a freshen up, the bathroom door could do with being replaced.
