Apartment wasn’t very clean

Close to everything, accommodation was warm. It was perfect for a large group. Staff were so friendly.

Everything was perfect. Nothing I didn’t like it went so smoothly

The location is perfect. We stayed in the 5th apartment on the top floor. It had three bedrooms and a kitchen plus 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with ice in the fridge and disposable cups. Beds were well organised but a little cramped at times. The facilities are very good - TV and soundbar that links to bluetooth. Also lights that change colour added to the party atmosphere. Overall perfect for the stag trip we had organised.

One recommendation would be to a bigger kitchenc/communal areas. I think in general the apartment is a bit small for the group of 15 we had there - one more bedroom/larger kitchen area would help. I think for a group of 10-12, it's perfect. Beds were a little uncomfortable but it's perfectly adequate for what you need.

Stayed last weekend for a birthday party, staff were helpful over messages and in person quick responses. Check in was smooth although there is a £400 deposit.

Shame about the apartment it’s self, not much storage room or places to put food in the kitchen. fridge/freezer was not working and leaking made the food go off. The floors were sticky from where they had been mopped and the bannister on the stairs was dirty and sticky. Bedrooms and bedding were clean, shower was clean but shower was hot to cold really quick and low pressure. It said on description coffee was provided but it was 2x sachets of 3 in 1 that was provided. It was good for a one night stay but just a few bits let it down but if your only going for a night out it works well.

The shower had no hot water an did not get sorted while on our stay there had to go to another room to use there shower had 20 minutes for 8 of us to get showered as there was other guessed coming

No windows, sick was broke but staff were very helpful to fix, beds were slightly unclean but comfortable
