I liked the layout of the room LED’s where a good feature sound system was good

Cleanliness there was a a lot of hairs around marks on walls and the shower wasn’t very powerful

Staff were really friendly, bed are really comfortable, the rooms are absolutely gorgeous, lovely lighting you can also change colour of lights. Bluetooth sound bar easy to use and access to WiFi. Apartments are spotless, smell gorgeous and there's aircon/heating in the rooms. Overall brilliant night, second time visiting and will definitely be back again :)

Not that I didn't like, it's just i think there could of been more toilets as 1 toilet between 10 people was a struggle

Location was excellent- very central

Floor was very dirty only a few minutes of walking on the floor socks or feet were dark with dirt. The gap between the bed and the window was very visibly dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. During our stay there were about 10 huge bluebottle flies. Every time we would get rid of one more would appear, windows wouldn’t open for security reasons so no idea how they would constantly come in to the apartment.

Good location

It wasn’t as big as expected. 10 adults, 8 of which in one room with 2 double bunks n a chest of drawers, at the bottom of a spiral staircase. Bedroom was very hot, the fan didn’t work and no window to open. One shower/ toilet between all 10 of us and none of us could shower as there was no hot water. From 4.30am onwards the people in the other apartment were VERY loud shouting and banging doors even though there was a night porter on who obviously didn’t do anything to stop it. We paid a £400 deposit which in my opinion should only be took if there were damages but it got took out anyway and took 4 days to return after I phoned to ask for it.

Perfect apartment for a group of lads, clean and comfy.
