Good location Tidy flat

Woke up with bites Bed-Settee was filthy

The location was just perfect for our purposes.

The front door to the street was unlocked and when I contacted the "staff" (all online) I received my answer 5 days later. We were asked to make a video/pictures and send them to "reception". After that I thought someone would come to fix that issue but it seems that for security reasons 🤔 front door must remain unlocked, nevertheless we received a code for the front door lock, this lock was just without battery.

Good location. Warm and quite a spacious apartment.

There not enough a kitchen utensils, for example grater and can opener.. There not clean enough apartment (shower is a terrible unclean).

It was ok but never knew it was 2nd floor and no lift

No lift and the pull out bed was just a chair bed that my 50 year old son had to sleep in so that was poor

Sucked a little bit as nobody knew the key code to get in but they hung in there with us and did get someone out allthough they had fixed the issue prior their arrival - it was sound for what we needed will stay again...

a good location in the centre of everything.

the bathroom cabinet had only 1 door and that was the only mirror in the apartment.it needed large coffee mugs as appose to 2 small tea cups and 2 coffee cups,.the sofas was broken inside and made it uncomfortable to sit on but the worse thing was not having main stream tv and having to pay for netflix etc.
