Spacious

Location was great, nice size rooms, free WiFi and facilities were good.

Not being able to get into the front door as explained as door lock was broken and had to talk to another apartment to explain how to get in.

Location was the only good thing

Everything. Very rude staff who don't answer phone and promise to call back but don't. Entry code not received until after check in time. Front door always open. No cleaning stuff. Not even a plug in the sink, ovenware, mugs or even a tin opener. No mattress or pillow protectors are unprofessional. Being woke up on day 7 by the cleaner and being told to move flats with no notice was disgusting. Nobody phoned or emailed me about this. I received an email 2 hours later. It's also a local authority place for the homeless, nothing wrong with that but I had to hear someone abusing their child 24/7. I have never seen a toilet brush in such a rusted state, they dont cost much to replace. Stairs were covered in puke and poo. Heating didn't work in first flat. TV ok for some internet but not regular channels.

Great location close to the sea, comfortable beds.

Very poor cleaning standard. Hair left in the sink after shaving, on the toilet and in the bathtub. Dirty floor in the bathroom, white residue left. Overall the apartment needed a clean, dusting' hoovering etc.

Some issues when arrived but that got Dealt with quick also some mould in bathroom an the fan could do with a clean

Some spaces maybe could do with modernising or-cleaning up, painting. On the whole great hotel, bathrooms very good.
