Booked and paid 90 pounds when got no stafff. Then email told we had to provide I d 24HR before booking by resident staying there do had sleep in local park I amuse booking .com 4 5 times a,week never had problem before can some from booking .com look at this Mike Robinson. Can't find customer service number 1 give say not available.

The apartment is looking very shabby and needs a face lift,the cleaning is very poor and no attention to detail,filthy cooking utensils,hob top very dirty,do we chose not to use it and went out for breakfast

there was no wardrobes no dressing tables no mirrors no bed side tables, it was not to my standers, needs up grading.

we liked that it was spacious, beds were comfy, the main shower head was nice.

we came in and at first we thought it was lovely but once we started to unpack and put things away we noticed how unclean it was, there was hair in our fridge , stains all in the cupboards, mold on one of the bedroom windows, we had to go out of our way and spend £20 on cleaning supplies to make sure that it was clean for us, and considering we asked for an early check in and it wasn't accepted made me unsure as to why considering It was not cleaned. we also noticed that the small shower head was leaking alot we also noticed that the main door to the building was accessible by any member of the public as the door code didn't work and we could just get in. we do have photos which I can send through WhatsApp shortly

The location was good . Towels and bedding clean . Beds for 3 was comfortable and good support from staff wirh access issues.

There was no room for 4 people one had to sleep on sofa as there was only a double bed , single bed and a roll out very thin mattress type Roll our bed was dirty and I would not sleep on that but only big enough for a child . The flat needed a good clean skirtings boards were dirty .there was no fire escape just a door which was locked and a large sign saying no exit. The front door you just pushed to access as the code was not working.
