From the day I arrived the door access was unsafe because anybody can push the door and get in. I was given a code what wasn't needed. When I got into the apartment kitchen was dirty skylark window in the landing was wideopen telephone the host didn't want to answer any calls just texting all the time pouring with rain the second day because the skylark window was damaged all the water was coming threw the property this has been the worst experience of my life I didn't feel safe at all the host was aware of all this but still hired out the apartment I was sending her pictures all she could do is text no communication over the phone at any point I ask for a refund and the insults I have received i had to take the matter further so anybody think twice before booking this apartment it is not what was advertised.

Upon arrival and throughout my stay, I encountered multiple unacceptable issues that severely impacted the comfort, hygiene, and safety of the accommodation: 1. Ant Infestation: I discovered an active ants’ nest inside the property, including ants crawling through food I had brought with me, which rendered it inedible. This is not only highly unsanitary but also completely unacceptable in any rented accommodation. 2. Broken Fixtures and Furniture: • A broken door handle , posing a security risk. • The curtains were damaged and could not be closed properly, compromising privacy. • Most concerning was the broken shower pipe, which either leaked water or made the shower unusable. We also paid £150 for this AirBnb and upon arrival I was sent a message saying I had to pay a £200 deposit even though it stated and still doesn’t state anywhere on booking.com or on their policy that you have to pay this. I still haven’t received this £200 back.

No mirror anywhere other than small shaving 1 in bathroom Sofa very dirty and stained Food left in cupboard and fridge from previous guest. Only half of a toilet roll in bathroom for a family of 4. No cloths or kitchen roll to wipe or dry surfaces. There was a mix up with the pass codes On more than I occasion other people were tying to get in to our apartment. I actually had to confront someone and move them on The apartment was fine beds comfy and location was convenient , however. General housekeeping and cleaning need some attention
