The location was close the everything and the place looked updated. The staff were very quick to reply and helpful.

The fact one of our apartment was open when we got there, the front door didn’t lock, one apartment didn’t have a door handle, both sofas were stained and there was just general upkeep that needed to be done. We then shut the apartment front door and it locked itself!! Had to wait half an hour with all our stuff inside for the right code.

The room they gave me and family was very smelly the dinning chair was very dirty we couldn't even seat to dine, I tried to send the pictures to them they responded me we are sorry we didn't provide thise chairs They argued me , Didn't listen me ....I felt helpless And left the house

What I wasn’t happy about was that we should of had a futon in our room , so we only had 1 double and 1 single for 4 people, fortunately for us our friends refused to stop in there apartment due to ants , so we had one of there beds ,

The location was central to everything. The apartments were a good size.

The area was very rowdy at night (not good for children) The main front door was broken, so anyone could access the building - from reading other reviews, this has been broken for months! Apartments had not been cleaned properly. Poorly maintained. Curtain poles kept falling down, missing cupboard door on bathroom cabinet, door handle broken on one of the bedroom doors, water damage on bathroom ceiling. Not enough plates, cups, glasses, cutlery for everyone. BAD Ant infestation in the living area and kitchen area. A staff member was informed, and we were told that they had treated the problem (which obviously hadn't worked!), so they then sprayed Elbow grease around the areas, and that didn't work either! We were plagued by ants for the rest of our stay. I emailed the owner of the property about the issues, and the only response I got was 'Thanks for letting us know". Nothing to say that these issues would be rectified for future guests.

Don't do private booking with them. I've had 2 nights booked with Booking.com, and I need urgent 1 more night. I've asked the host if it is possible to book directly with them. They've said yes, they ask for a deposit, and I never recovered my deposit. Be aware, massive scammers.

Good location great place to stay if you wanna just leave an come back good area for pier an restaurants

The room was hot so really could have done with a fan also could do with a little modernization.⁸
