Although a great location as near to the town its was quite noisy at night and there was some drunks hanging around the entrance at times.

Very spacious. Windows across all he whole accommodation letting in natural light. Free parking is a bonus. Perfect location for what we needed.

Smell of damp or the drains was off putting

Lovely spacious apartment, nice little touch with the toiletries on the beds with towels. Free WiFi, large fridge, and plenty of hangers in the wardrobes. Walking distance into the little town and 20 minutes to Alton Towers. Parking visable from the apartment but does fill up quickly as it's free.

Bathroom really needs a deep clean, dead flies/bugs behind the sink. Mould around edging of bath. Turn the shower on, and even the floor gets soaked despite the screen. Oven glove dirty, only one tray for the oven, so a little challenging cooking for four people.. I did have to wash the plates/cutlery before we could use them.

Unclean - hairs and smears on kitchen crockery and floor. Cracked floor tiles bathroom floor Hoover left in hallway. Damaged worktop in kitchen Double bed lumpy mattress uncomfortable Furnishings dated - old cushions Noise from street and other neighbours made us feel unsafe. Poor finish on paintwork

Good location for Alton Towers. Spacious for a family of 4 (including 2 teens). It was nice and warm in the property and the beds were very comfortable. Nice little touches- bottled water, shower gels etc. great amenities- tea, coffee and bits like that.

This was not a problem, and I know this is difficult because of hygiene but a chopping board is useful. Only because I noticed that some previous guests had clearly cut/chopped directly onto your kitchen surface. Wonder if they’d do that at their own property.

Location was great and check in process smooth and easy. Property was nicely presented, warm and comfortable

Plug didn't seal in the bath but did not affect the stay. Only comment would be the pillows were very flat and hard. Could probably do with replacing
