Good location easy reach of town centre, and other areas.

We were downgraded and moved to a smaller property, as the heating wasn’t working. The new property didn’t have the amenities we had originally paid for.

Towels were very small for a 6ft man they were like a flannel

Good location, large property and great value for money. We stayed for closeness to Alton towers and it was a very easy 20 minute drive to the attraction. Landlord was so helpful after we had been really let down by another property on booking.com. Great facilities and kitchen.

Bed and mattress was a little uncomfortable and noisy springs.

Me encantaron las ventanas enormes que dan muchísima luz. El apartamento muy amplio y acogedor. La ubicación muy buena y es fácil encontrar aparcamiento. Las camas cómodas y muchos utensilios de cocina.

Sofa bed wasn't prepared and no sign of bedding when booking was for 5 people. Messaged the contact number but no response. Luckily we had a sleeping bag in car. Also no lock on bathroom door.

Great location for Alton towers. The beds were really comfortable and plenty of amenities.

Considering there were 3 Internet choices. None of them were stable or worked at all and with young children that was a bit of a pain, even for 2 nights. My son has type 1 diabetes and Internet access is a must with his sensor.
