"Did not get to stay here at all!!"

We arrived to pick up the keys to be told it had been double booked and someone was already in the property. We had to wait whilst we were found an unfinished 2 bedroom cottage 10 miles away from where we needed to be for my daughter's graduation the next morning. This is totally unacceptable I would like a full refund please.

What could have been better is that we could have got into the property which had booked and paid for 3 months previously.
