Apartment was great, good location and easy to check in. Decent size and great living area with little balcony. We enjoyed our stay thanks.

Roomy the kitchen was great with a table in the middle that we sat around and chatted.

One double bed was uncomfortable due to springs poking up.

Views, space, cleanliness, abundance of places to sleep.

Only stairs.

We have been trying to get our £150 deposit back for the last 3 weeks. When messaging them about this they try to ignore us, and when we call they say that they will let us know tomorrow, which they have been saying for the last week. Clearly just trying to keep deposits as extra money and hope the customers won’t notice. SCAMMERS

The property was in a great position for us to explore both Southsea and Portsmouth. It was very spacious for all of us.

The WiFi was very intermittent- it kept dropping out.

we felt the apartment was needing a general update and some of the cupboard were in need of repair. one of the mattresses needed replacing ect

The property was clean and had good facilities. It was a little warm as we were on the top floor of the building, but it was comfortable.

There is some street noise as we were there at the weekend. We wanted to keep the windows open because it was warm but that meant some street noise was audible. The second night we kept them shut which reduced the noise very well but meant it was warmer in the property.
