No lift and parking issues.

Inside the apartment is fabulous! A solid 10/10. Great set up, lovely furniture, had everything we needed! So nice to have the balcony! Parking was fine with permits we requested- plenty of spaces over the weekend.

The noise outside the apartment both nights kept us awake until the early hours- bottles smashed by our cars parked outside. Didn't like how many emails, rules, reminders, and notifications received from the company - felt very intrusive. We also couldn't get much hot water from the shower but used the bath instead. The location is a real shame for such a well presented apartment.

I liked how smooth the booking was. Everything we needed was available. The apartment was clean. We were satisfied.

Some days we struggled with parking.

The location and size of property was perfect for our family and the flexibility when booking was really helpful.

There is currently a lack of cutlery at the property and we had to share, but I’m sure the owners will rectify this.

Light and airy - great views and terrace. Very helpful host.

No way to sweep floor. Dishwasher poor for some reason. Pub opposite was noisy.

The host has been very reactive by email before the arrival. The appartment is well situated, close to King's Theater and pub.

They simply set a trap for me when they send me unknown email 24 hours of my departure without any notice or verification that it was from the property management that I should pay 300£ deposit which was not mentioned during my reservation in booking.com also they did not highlight it during the full payment of rent. However, after was verified at the day of travel the link was not working and informed them by email. The send me another link while I am in UK already and credit card also declined it. While my self and family traveling with my family including 3 kids, I offered them to pay cash and the lady refused to accept cash and she refused to access us to the apartment which was around 11 pm. It was inhuman and unethical act by the customer service representative. She was ready to keep us sleep with 3 kids on the street!!!! After while, the taxi driver couldn’t leave us in the street and decide to pay the deposit through his card and I pay him in cash.. the management of this property are horrible and exploitative people. Also, the flat was in the top floor 3rd floor and the stairs was small and horrible too. I hate the their treatment with us as family with kids I hated their sordidness. Will never back or recommend them.

Everything about the apartment was fantastic. Lovely lay out, location perfect for what we wanted and everything available for what we needed !

We were in the Penthouse, so the stairs up were quite steep and tiring for a couple of the party

Large apartment perfect for 2 families. Very comfortable bed and all the facilities you need for a long weekend.
