Exactly what you need for some time away. Great, central location, near the the station and scenic town, and bus stop for Camber Sands. Comfortable, easy stay. Thank you.

"A great central location with fantastic eateries and attractions nearby"

Loved the location, the size of the property and the double glazing to keep the town noise muted, especially at night. Nicely appointed kitchen n bathroom. Parking nearby for £3 a day was super too.

The stairs into the property are super steep - no one’s fault, but if you’re carrying babies or have a bad back, you need to be aware of this. Also, the mattress is very soft. Again, comfortable for some but difficult for others.

"all in all it was a very pleasant stay"

it was a cosy, neat and clean flat

steps leading to the flat as one of the travellers had some mobility issue so climbing and mounting stairs were not easy

"Great location to see Rye."

The location was perfect. Easy to get around town and catch the bus to other areas. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower.

Toilet seat was loose. Sofa is not very comfortable.

"Roomy flat in convenient location, made less enjoyable by difficult access."

Good central location near to shops, bars and restaurants. Well appointed bathroom. Plenty of hangers and hanging space for clothes. Light, airy feel to the flat. Parking on road outside was convenient and usually available.

Poor access up a steep set of steps. Difficult access when carrying bags. Neighbouring flat access is shared. Kitchen needs more cutlery. No bread knife or chopping board. A washing-up brush and tea towel for wiping-up would be helpful.
