Rye- Tillingham Rye - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

A great roomy property in a great location in the lovely Rye. Cheap car parking just up the road which was busy and seemed safe for the overnight parking.

The only criticism would be that there was no tea towel to allow us to dry the cups and dishes, so had to leave it on the draining board. Sorry

Excellent location. Spacious and comfortable, attractive decor. Suitable for2 friends wanting separate rooms. Good touches like bedside light even for convertible couch bed. Great bathroom and shower, well fitted kitchen. Warm heating

Very little we didn't like. Steep steps to enter, but good handrail so just needed to be careful ( we are late 70s) More instructions on TV and heating system would have been useful ( again, probably needed because of our age)

Great apartment with lovely decor and amenities. Really comfy master bed and gorgeous shower. Perfect location within 5 mins walk to all of the main shops and restaurants/cafes etc. Really nice touches with tea/coffee/jams etc available to use. Easy self check-in and communication from host!

Only a few little downfalls were the noise - as the apartment is right next to a road and near a busy micropub that’s open til late, but nothing ear plugs can’t block out. We stayed when it was hot and there wasn’t a fan in the apartment, so it did get very warm. Lastly, the spare bed in the living room was quite uncomfortable, perhaps a mattress topper might eleveate this. But all round - a really lovely apartment!

Very attractive apartment, great location, very comfortable, well equipped. Very efficient entry, details sent in a timely manner and host very responsive and helpful.

I found the stairs quite challenging - might be good to mention steep access in case any guests are even older & stiffer than me!
