Clean, modern, comfortable and plenty of space

The was nothing not to like, only thing I would add would be the potential placement of a door mat at the front door for rainy days, this would help preserve a clean entrance floor

Particularly the Location and Shower

The property maintenance. I have posted 4 of 9 photos of areas that require attention. A few minor customer service issues. As a bnb 7/10 As a Luxe Design Chic bnb 4/10

Location and comfortable seating

Double bed a bit small. Getting the key out of the box was very difficult as quite complicated and very dark area. Useless for people with poorer eye sight. Had rail on stairs did not reach top of staircase so dangerous.

Good location, comfortable bed and settees. Kitchen well furnished with equipment. Nice shower.

Kitchen: had cupboard door covering peeling off. Handle missing from cupboard door Chairs were too low for the dining table. Paint missing off plasterwork in most areas. Light bulb covers missing from bedroom ceiling light Bathroom: door doesn’t shut. Mastic coming away from shower tray. Paint missing from various areas. Nice bath, but bath taps difficult to reach, looks like you’ve had a leak, as it’s still stained. General: outside lockbox difficult to access, and front cover wouldn’t refit. People were in the upstairs flat, and you heard every creak and footstep - especially at 5.30 Sunday morning! Stairwell: to sum up not luxe very tired!!

Freezing cold bathroom. TV operation difficult to manage. Too complicated if not used to smart TVs . Not clear what to recycle and which bin to use,
