Great location, big and clean room. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk available, also a bottle of Proseco 🤭

Wednesday morning bin colector woke me up and being on last floor, I've heard pigeons early in the morning, I think they had a nest there or something. But this doesnt have to do with host or room or location.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and cosy with everything a self-catering couple would need. It was centrally located to the shops and close to Bus and Train stations. The photos on Booking.com's website are a fair representation of the property.

The property is located on the second floor with a tight spiral staircase part of the way, which could cause problems for people with limited mobility. At 82 with knee replacements, I had no difficulty, although someone assisted me with my luggage!. I would be happy to return.

Lovely big room, good selection of kitchen appliances, really nice useful touches like a pint of milk in the fridge, a fan and a bottle of prosecco! Bed was really comfy, location was great and communication from Julie was fantastic. The long stay car park is only a few minutes walk away and is only £1.60 for 24 hours.

The shower was very, very small with nowhere to put toiletries. The stairs up to the room were incredibly steep and a couple of the handrails were loose. The pub next door had a band on the first night which sounded like they were in the room with us! But they were done by 10.45 and after that there was absolute silence all night so not a huge issue

We loved how clean it was and the location was perfect.

Perfect location for exploring Knaresborough. The room had everything we needed and will definitely book again. The host was easy to get hold off. Thankyou
