I received the wrong code for a different property. I called the owner, who quickly confirmed the correct code. The issue was resolved promptly, and the service was very friendly.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. The host was rude and demanded a security deposit be wired to a bank before she would give us the access code, which was odd. Once we got in the apartment, we opened one of the doors (only 3 doors in the small apartment) and she immediately text me and told me to get out of the living room. Cameras in the apartment. Didn't feel comfortable at all. Bed linens had an extremely strong scent of fabric softener or something and the bed was rock hard. Host didn't refund our security deposit (which we assume is standard) after 3 weeks, I messaged her asking for it back and she finally sent it. We actually moved apartments after one night here. Do not recommend at all. Ruined the first two days of our trip.
