Clean, really well appointed and very central location.

Excellent location for Winter Gardens and very well thought through design and facilities for 2 couples

There was no hot water. We were aware of this within a couple of hours of arriving and an engineer arrived but we still only had like warm water throughout stay

The decor is nice & modern, location is perfect for what we needed. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds & sofa in the living room.

We had no hot water in either of the showers. So I think the price is a little high.

The Location

There was a few issues with property that didn’t reflect the price..there was a stain on the ceiling in the Living Room and the room was very dark due to having one Small Window .. no natural light which was disappointing.. the pipes on the Radiator in were a bit stained .. I also arranged a late check out for 12.30 to relax before our journey home .. but 2 maintenance men turned up at 11 and started doing work at the apartment disrupting our chill out , also a cleaning lady turned up at 11 to clean the apartment as she wasn’t told about the late check out .. but she’ll come back in a bit

So near to winter gardens, location perfect

That you have to take your rubbish to the bins outside Small bathroom, but this wasn’t a problem

It was totally filthy - by the bed massively cobweb that been there for ages as behind bed was filthy Kitchen battered the whole apartment in need of repair
