Very spacious, clean and modern. The location was perfect

Nothing really although a high chair would have been useful

Very central located, just a stone throw from the winter gardens. The apartment had everything we needed and most importantly the beds were Betz comfy!

Too many stairs, very hard to carry the luggages and no elevator and sometimes no hot water in the toilet

Pefect location for the winter gardens

One bed had no room either side of it, so hard to get in and out, but once in it was very comfortable

Key code sent to my email the day before the trip. everything worked perfectly to access the property, good wifi, great tv, lots of towels and very clean.

Only two small issues the first was the tap sprayed water due to a hard water build up in the master bathroom, which I easily cleared. The second couldn't have been helped by Mode appartments as a family of seagulls had decided to have thier chicks of the terrace meaning we couldn't use it without fighting the parents.
