Great modern and comfortable apartment with big windows, open views, open plan kitchen/diner/living room as well as two good sized bedrooms. Huge TV in living room plus TVs in bedrooms with Netflix etc. Very well kitted out, all you could reasonably need plus a welcome hamper on arrival. Add in the secure parking, central location, good communication and general attention to detail and you have a winner! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A little convoluted to get in to on first arrival with an uncooperative key code entry system (thankfully you pick up a key fob for future access) and the apartment can get a little warm with those huge windows creating a bit of a greenhouse effect.

Beautiful apartment with excellent decor. Location is perfect for city centre, historic sites and city walls. superb choice of restaurants in the next street ( Thai small plates highly recommend). Sparks opposite the accommodation is perfect for street food at lunchtime - give it a try! Couldn’t fault it at all.

Location was very convenient. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. Security and parking were excellent.

Heating was troublesome to operate and kitchen was short of a few utensils.

The property itself was beautiful.

They key bent in the door and we had to stay in and wait for a locksmith for the only full day we were there meaning we didn’t get to see much of York. There was hair in the bath and short curly hairs under the pillow when I got in bed. There was no tea towels or anything to dry cups and glasses and also no dishwasher tablets. One of the main features we liked when we looked was the door that opens with a little balcony in the kitchen and the handle had been removed so it couldn’t be opened. It’s a shame as we were looking for somewhere to stay often.

Location, secure parking, quality furnishings and space for family to relax.

Very small issue, but when travelling with teenagers feels like the end of the world :-) The TV remote in the living room only worked intermittently and the language had been changed to Chinese (possibly) so was rendered useless.

great apartment. handy location walking distance to everything in York. Tesco express a couple of doors up for essentials.
