Great location, lovely apartment.

A missed opportunity with small welcome touches on arrival.

This was our second stay and as before, we were delighted with the apartment It is spacious and comfortable and as my husband is disabled room to move around and being comfortable is of vital importance to us.

Could do with a few extra towels , toilet rolls as these are things we don’t bring with us and is a pain to have to go shopping for

The location was amazing. Very central & private, secure parking.

Initial access was difficult due to the automatic gates and nowhere to leave the car when obtaining the keys.

The apartment was excellent in every way. Location, parking, view. The beds were very comfy, the showers/bath were very good. The apartment was very well equipped. It was very spacious and very luxurious. One of the best apartments in York we have stayed at.

Can't really think of a negative

It felt luxurious, there was everything we needed and the location was excellent.

Well appointed apartment, spacious and comfortable, a few minutes walk from all York has to offer, plenty of information if this was your first time in York. Kitchen more than adequate, had everything you needed.

I did ask if the property was disabled friendly and was assured it was. Our first obstacle was a step to the front door and no ramp. Getting my husband to stand then get his mobility scooter in, is very difficult and of course we had to go through this every time we came in and out. A folding ramp is such an easy solution. This is the first place we have stayed that didn’t have one. The television in the sitting room would not respond to the remote, when we opened the window in living room and a bedroom, the curtain came off the track. The shower in main bedroom could not be regulated and the water was scalding. We did call stayyork and a lovely lady came and had a look, she agreed the remote control did not work properly but if you pointed it at the pot plant it would turn the TV on, she said that she adjusted the shower and it should be ok. I am sorry to report that for our entire stay the TV and the shower never worked and all three of us had to use the one working shower in our friends bathroom, definitely not what we wanted, it did somewhat spoil what would otherwise been a perfect stay😢
