Overall great place in a good location! The living room area is very spacious and a great place to hang out. We really appreciated having 4 full bathrooms (and 3 rooms with en-suites).

When we arrived, there was toilet paper in the entire apartment, so we had to immediately find a store and go buy some -- not an ideal way to start a vacation! We were also surprised to find that 2 of the listed beds were rollaway cots.

Wow! What a property. It’s even better than the pictures, the communal area is gorgeous and the perfect place for a group. It’s spacious and has everything you could need! Good distance to Edinburgh.

I would say sleeping 12 may be a stretch. The pop up beds weren’t overly comfortable and it felt a little tight bedroom wise. It was also super hot and we struggled to get the temperature down.

Spacious, gorgeous apartment that had everything we needed! Great for groups as it can be hard to find an accommodation big enough for larger numbers while still being in an accessible area and done to such a lovely standard! :)

The place was great, high quality and really clean and comfortable. Lots of space and everything we needed. The owner was really helpful as well and great with communication, particularly as we were arriving in difficult weather! Would definitely recommend.
