Excellent location, the apartment is really nice and well equipped.

Everything was good

WiFi is really slow, couldn't load Netflix properly.

The apartment was very nice clean and amazing. I was not what I expected but it was way better than a hotel room. It was nice a quiet. Me and my partner were happy even getting this before Christmas. I would book again if the customer service at the key collection changes and become more help. There is a £250 deposit which you have to give and after 5 days they say they would put it back into your account. We see what happens.

The collection point where you get your key were not helpful at all because it was the first time I was booking an apartment. If they could help abit more it would be very useful. They would take £250 deposit off you for damages but they say they would pay it back in 5 days let see.

Good location, very clean apartment with good facilities.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, kept us both up all night.

Location was great, right by the o2. Apartment was nicely furnished, bed was comfy, had everything you need. Good value for money.

Didn't receive any communication until the day of check in and then I had 6 emails, 5 whatsapps and 1 sms. We were only staying for 1 night. Lots of forms to fill in.
