Great little apartment, comfy bed smelt great washing machine bonus kitchen worked well, Netflix also which is nice

right in middle of Birmingham and sirens often and sketchy characters around in general check in process wasn’t smooth but owner was nice on the phone to help

"renters beware he rips u off"

i booked this & 5 mins later got a email saying i had to pay £250 deposit before i could stay, i phoned the owner to say i didn’t have this & was unaware of this at time of paying. he said if i cancelled he would waiver my payment & i would get my money back. this didn’t happen i lost £74 & since that conversation he ignored both me & booking.com.. i’m so glad i didn’t give him the £250 because i wouldn’t have got that back either

"awful from start to end. hidden extras once you have paid, then the place can not be found. since found out it is above"

after 3 hours of walking and taxies I gave up. even a pcso, a traffic warden etc could not locate this place. tried to ring them and ended up on a call to an American guy. Had to come home yet they will not give me my money back.
