Porthole Suites

I loved everything about this accommodation it was excellent. The attention to detail was fantastic, the host could not have been more helpful. It was in a lovely area close to all amenities. We will definitely be booking again.

There was nothing that I didn’t like it was all positive

Lovely big sea view suite - a lot of (storage) space and very clean, with a well equipped kitchenette! Nice welcome at my arrival and nice little chats during my stay. If you do self-catering: small supermarket very close, for bigger ones you need to go to St Brelade (Waitrose with bus stop) or St Helier. Bus stop with direct line to airport and to St Helier very close. Surroundings were quiet.

Such a wonderful place! It’s been 22 years since our last visit to Jersey when we discovered and fell in loved with St Aubin so we decided to head back for a last minute NYE getaway and Porthole Suites was the icing on the cake. Fantastic location in St Aubin with its great selection of restaurants, cafes and we served bus route Porthole Suites has everything you need. Our Sea view room (6) was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We slept like babies in the massive bed, had a lovely sized high pressure shower to wake to, plus a well equipped kitchen. Ample storage space and very accommodating with later check in and late check out. Everyone was really lovely and very friendly. To be honest one of the reasons we pick Porthole Suites rather than slashing out on the local hotel, which we planned to spoil ourselves with being New Years Eve and all, was the incredible and well deserved reviews and I am so glad we picked them.

This place just ticks all the boxes you’d have for self catering. Superb layout of the apartment, very well maintained and equipped and the bed was so comfortable! The position of the house is perfect, only a few minutes away from a plethora of good restaurants and bars and a mini supermarket. Also very easy to get around the island if you don’t have a car with a bus stop less than 5 minutes away. Alex the owner goes out of her way to ensure you are looked after well.

Nothing! That’s why we have been several times!

St Aubin is a lovely spot. Good public transport access. Nice mix of bars, restaurants and cafes.

We had a lovely stay here in November. The whole place is very clean and smells fresh. The kitchen is well stocked for simple meals. We had all implements and pots we needed. Bathroom and room are super clean. Not a spot anywhere! Bed was large and comfortable with soft bed clothes. The lady who received us was really lovely and friendly and always checking if we needed anything. It's about a 20m walk up the hill. Which is steep but short, so doable. Very much recommend staying here. We were very comfortable!

Would have been nice to have a smart TV but no means a reason to take points off!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Love having a kitchen so that we can be self sufficient. Nice big bathroom. Location in St Aubin was perfect for us. 2 minutes to the bus stop for both airport and st Helier. Lots of good restaurants on your doorstep but the accommodation is nice and quiet.

Nothing I didn't like. All good.
