Very comfortable, very convenient and staff very helpful

Excellent location within just a few minutes of many restaurants, cafes and the picturesque harbour plus buses if you don’t want to hire a car.

There was nothing I ditdnt like although the short but steep walk up to the property may be difficult for some.

Wonderful big comfy bed with lovely soft bedding. Very nicely equipped suite with everything we needed even washing up liquid, dishcloth and tea towel. There is lots of wardrobe space, drawers etc. A TV etc so home from home. Exceptionally clean. Location is perfect for everything around St Aubin. Cassie, front of house and housekeeping, is fabulous - so helpful and welcoming. The garden is beautiful - a real gem with seating and tall trees around with red squirrels. It has several layers going upwards with seating. The parking wasn't really available as only has 5 tight spaces so for 3 days we couldn't park in it. However, the car park at the bottom of the road is free all night and only 50p an hour at other times so once we offloaded our luggage at Porthole it was fine. A sign in the Porthole car park directing people to the other car park would be helpful as some felt the need to plonk their car and block everyone.

I can’t complain about anything. It was pretty much perfect. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to add some bottled water and a small jug of milk to the fridge.

The Porthole Suites is a quality accommodation at an excellent location. The service was excellent at every interaction. We will definitely return as this is now our favourite location in Jersey.
