Beautiful apartment (and nice view). Cleaning service. Spacious. Good location (next to the beach, and walkable to restaurants and the train station).

What could be better: - Check-in instructions could be shared automatically upon booking, rather than having to call, or wait for an email - Some basic utensils were missing in the kitchen - Should request Google Maps to fix the the incorrect mapping (so the guests, delivery folks and taxis can find it easily) - Could be a bit more child proof

Lots of room, set over two floors. Fab views over beach. Children loved the observation room and telescope. Decent-sized bath towels. Helpful, swift response from owner to question about heating. Great water filter - hot or cold instantly. Large TV with plenty of programmes to choose. Comfortable, wide, double bed (two twins together). Red bus cafe opposite a must. Great breakfast!

The address needs clarification. It's number 5 on the street, then flat two. Not at all clear at first and took us several frustrating minutes to find. Heating had been turned off before we got there, so it was definitely chilly. Owner gave us clear instructions how to start it, but it didn't really warm up all the time we were there. Visitors also need guidance about where to find the cutlery (there's a hidden drawer in the top drawer of the worktop). This clearly eluded earlier reviewers. Finally - and this is REALLY important - the bunk beds need urgent attention, to stop them creaking on every turn of the sleeper Several previous visitors have mentioned this, yet nothing seems to have been done. We were there for a restful break, but this constant noise during the night, even from child occupants, made relaxation impossible. Fix it! And just two teabags. Really?

The space and layout of the apartment was great and the location was perfect. My children loved the arcade games.

No hot water - boiler was set to off. Very creaky bunk bed in the back bedroom.

The apartment is very big, it looks better than in the pictures. Great location and beautiful view. We had some fun whit the game machines in the living room, great entertainment.

There was no hot water so we couldn’t have a shower, we only stayed for one night so it wasn’t nothing terrible for us once we returned home the day after, but apparently the gas balance was finished according to the info we saw at the apartment this also means we had no heating, but there was a blanket so we were ok at the end. Little detail probably the person who does the cleaning didn’t warn the apartment managers. The carpet could be cleaner needed to be vacuumed.

The RIGHT address - we were NOT told the ACTUAL address was 5. Canterbury Road!! When I phoned, I was told to look for Station Road🤦‍♀️ No mention of the number of the building! We were finally sent a photo of the building with the house number

2nd bedroom , put. double bed in it and put a sofa bed down stairs to make it suitable for adults

Location was ideal .

Bed and bedsheets were dirty. Bunker bed was too noisy my kids could kot sleep properly.
