2 Sea View Margate

The apartment was dirty. Photos were sent to the owner and a discount was promised. There was no towels . No hand wash in bathrooms. Blinds were broken. Toilet button was broken. Toilet seat cracked. Washing up not done. Bathroom was dirty so I had to clean it before I had a bath. Toilet mess up the wall next to the toilet upstairs. Very disappointed

The character & spaciousness of the accomodation (the photos don't do it justice). The location & view. Comfort of the bed in the main bedroom. Good wifi TV choices.

A few little niggles. No bath salts for whirlpool bath. The bed in the second bedroom and radiator are creaky/noisy.

A great location and spacious

The house was very cold when we arrived! But the host sent someone in as soon as we walked in to put the boiler on and eventaully the house warmed up. We loved the view fromthe living room and the upstairs bedroom, comfy sofas in the living room made every one feel relaxed

There was a faulty plug in the upsatirs bathroom which meant that the water did not flow out of the bathtub after a shower. I would have liked a broom or a hoover to clean the floor, family living can be messy! Also while there was alovely selection of plates and glasses there was no cutlery!! We managed but it was a bit difficult.

It is a huge apartment, we had plenty of space for the four of us. we all loved the arcade games and the kids said it was the funnest place we’ve stayed. The beds were also super comfy and it’s lovely to wake up to that view.

It is on a main road so you can feel a little on show in the living room but there isn’t many people walking past in January. The shower in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and it would have been good to know the boiler was switched off as we thought we’d put the heating on and we hadn’t so it was cold when we got home quite late. These are only really minor things that could easily be improved
