Spacious. Well laid out. High quality fixtures and fittings. Clean and well presented with a lovely kitchen. The water filter system providing instant hot water is a nice, but for us the water wasn't hot enough for us to make a great cup of coffee

It was a shame that we couldn't get the TV to work and there apppeared to be no hot water which we didn't realise until we went for our showers on Sunday morning. Maybe we didn't turn something on? The outside entrance had all sorts of rubbish bags outside which did not make it particularly welcoming. The property is right on the main Canterbury road so there's a fair bit of traffic noice

Had to prompt to get get access code to be able to get into the property. The outside photo of the property did not fully resemble the actual property. The location is on across from the beach from and a short walk to town

The booking was for 4 adults however 2 adults had to make use of bunk beds which were suitable for young children. The second bedroom (with bunk beds) is very claustrophobic and not suitable for adults. The boiler broke leaving us without hot water

Gorgeous house. Perfect location.

The property is so spacious, has almost everything you need, lots of utensils if you want to cook, the bath tub is part jacuzzi which is double brownie points! And mostly it’s so close to the sea front which provides a beautiful view of the sea!

Would love to come back next year to visit for longer but no washing machine makes it difficult as I would have to travel to a laundrette with my small children. A washing machine on site would be amazing!
