Wimpenny Place

Wimpenny Place is a beautiful and quirky property. Kate was so welcoming, with plenty of recommendations for our stay. The little touches were a lovely addition to make the stay even more comfortable. What a treat!

Lovely quirky little place, very well thought out. Everything you could possibly need at hand, very impressed. Quiet location so slept very well.The place is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, run by lovely hosts Kate and Steve.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to access Holmfirth town, with only a short walk down the hill into the centre. Lovely and clean, comfy, and a little quirky, with a lovely host. Great to find a property with parking available. When we are able to come back for longer to do some local walking, we'd like to try the larger properties the hosts have that have a cooker, and larger fridge, to give us more options for meals . We really enjoyed our stay, and I've already shared the details with my friend for next time she visits Holmfirth. Thank you 😊

Not a criticism- but if you are staying longer than a couple of nights and would like to eat in sometimes, you might want to consider their larger properties as they have a bigger kitchen etc.

The location was good nice pub around corner vert quiet

This is an excellent self contained apartment in a quiet location and only a short walk into Holmfirth. Kate and Steve are excellent hosts and recommended some great places to eat and drink. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals. Upon arrival Kate had left us some bread, butter, jam and milk which was much appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and bathroom, although small, has an excellent shower. Off road parking was an added bonus.
