Very clean and cosy with a quirky feel. Has a beautiful view. The location was perfect, only a 15 minute walk into Holmfirth town. Thank you to Kate for being an amazing host. And thank you for your recommendations, you made us feel so welcome on arrival.

Cosy character little cottage . Perfect for a weekend away . Everything we could ask for . Homemade marmalade Bread butter milk coffee all provided . Some Toiletries provided too if you had forgotten to bring any ! Host was very friendly and informative. Lovely comfortable bed too .

This niche accommodation is an excellent stay for couples. Kate is the perfect hostess. Firstly making regular contact and advising on local places to visit and best eateries, plus her great knowledge of the area. The quality of the property is exceptional. Warm, cosy and spotlessly clean. Located just on the outskirts of Holmfirth centre, a short 20 to 25mins walk depending on your pace.

There is nothing to dislike. Perfect place to stay and explore.
