"Last of the Summer Wine visit"

The hostess was very helpful, welcoming and most importantly communicative. Basic essentials like milk and bread had been provided in case we needed them.

If you're tall (over 6'), just be conscious that you might find that you "bash your head" on the roof beams as the living quarters are in the roof area!

"Great hosts and lovely place to stay to explore Yorkshire"

Hosts were great and Kate even drove us down to Holmfirth to get dinner as we arrived late after being stuck in traffic. Place was nice and quiet and bedroom not too hot so was able to sleep. (most hotels are too hot and often with traffic noise) Nice to have bread, butter, milk and marmalade provided for our breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful unique quirky property, loved the natural wood furniture. Host was fabulous, nothing too much trouble and even provided eggs for breakfast from the chickens in the garden
