Immaculate modern cottage in a lovely garden in the outskirts of Chichester. Very light filled. Kitchen well appointed.

Peaceful location.

Agreed 3pm check-in owners not about & uncontactable by phone/text/email! Over 30 mins later finally got reply was not impressed. Hundreds of knats which meant we couldn't leave windows open day or night so was hot inside. Also couldn't turn down towel rail on controls so hot constantly. Lounge/kitchen too larger dining table took over the view from sofa.

Lovely little place. Comfortable bed. Well equipped. Lovely welcome. Very quiet location Beautiful part of the country

Found the instructions a little confusing. It would be better to say it the wooden gates next to the marsh lane barns complex in my view. A larger sofa would be more comfortable
