Lovely peaceful setting and very well appointed accommodation

It was a little tricky to find as we came from a different direction from the main road. Nice kitchen but for a longer stay it might benefit from a dishwasher.

Very easy to find and the hosts were so lovely and welcoming Is one of the best places I have been, wonderful people and a lovely place to stay I couldn't comment on what I didn't like as it was absolutely delightful to stay here

"Enjoyable Fortnight Spring Break at the Boathouse."

We were warmly welcomed to the property by Amy. The owners provided a carton of milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, a bottle of wine and a box of Belgian chocolates. Nespresso coffee maker, microwave oven, cooking facilities provided. The kitchen is well equipped. During our stay we walked to the Walnut Tree pub nearby and met relatives for a delicious meal. Also within walking distance is the Runcton Farm Shop where we purchased groceries 3 times. 5 miles south is Pagham Harbour and beach where we also exercised most days. We made several trips to central Chichester nearby. The bathroom is heated and hot water is always available. The WiFi always works and you can work from the boathouse. Always plenty of free parking onsite. Outdoor seating is provided but it wasn’t warm enough to sit outdoors. We used the washing machine and dried our clothes on the adjacent patio. Very quiet and private. Large garden is very well maintained. The boathouse is self contained and separate from Marsh Farm House which is where the owners live.

Any small issues were quickly addressed by the owners. A car is essential for a stay at the boathouse. At this time of year there are Agricultural smells which are beyond the owner’s control.
