Location, size and overall facilities. Access to Netflix. Ability to heat flat to a very comfortable temp. Kitchen had enough utensils.

Only 1 face towel for 3 people. Was given 3 large towels- 1 each, No blankets to use in living room: which would have been handy until the last warmed up. High ceilings and large windows so takes some time.

Ideal location for our visit, just a 10 minute walk to the centre

Check-in and check-out times are a bit stingy, 16:00 in - 10:00 out. Saying that,I contacted Felicity the Tiigo Accommodations Director who was extremely helpful in getting us into the property at 15:00 and activating a parking permit for us, she was super helpful. One note on the property, for us it was superficially clean, bedding, towels tea towels etc were spotless, but the property itself could do with a deep clean. On the whole though a very nice property in a great location.

The location and the outlook. The bedrooms were very nice.

The entrance was gloomy and felt unwelcoming and the bathroom was in need of updating.
