The Auping spiral sofa bed was very bad because it made noise and was old. The bathroom was very small. There was no wardrobe. The room was small and very expensive.

Service from Valerie and Daniel exceptional, warm welcoming and helpful.

Felt the apartment was clean but needed some redecoration especially in the bathroom

Close to the tram stop, close to the beach, nice restaurant on corner nearby, bakery and mini market opposite, small balcony

Great location for exploring Old Nice and the coast. The tram stop is right outside and only across the road from the Promenade des Anglais sea front. Good base for visiting Monaco, Cannes, St Tropez etc. Fantastic air conditioning and great shower. Balcony nice to sit out on and overlooking the pool and gardens. Studio has comfortable bed, kettle and fridge etc. Towels and bedding provided. Valerie is really helpful if anything is needed and very knowledgeable. Fantastic boulangerie across the road. Amazing food with so many restaurants to choose from in Old Nice.

Swim hats needed for the pool and no sunbeds provided around the pool, uncomfortable and not vacation like

Top Lage! Super Appartment, ruhig, sauber. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Betreuung vor Ort durch Valerie und dem Eigentümer Daniel, der äußerst nett und zuvorkommend ist! Wir haben uns rundherum in der wunderschönen Stadt Nizza wohl gefühlt! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

El agua caliente no estaba disponible todo el tiempo, se acababa y tardaba hasta un día en recuperarse, el televisor era en realidad un monitor de computador, la cama es un sofá, que no es muy cómodo y el Estacionamiento que dice tener es de pago y es muy caro. A pesar de estar dentro de un Apart Hotel, la llegada no es autónoma, debes coordinar con una persona que no está en el lugar, y por supuesto, no tiene la disponibilidad que uno quisiera. Respecto de la decoración, un detalle que puedo agregar, es que las toallas, por ejemplo, son todas distintas, y de distintos colores, venía de recorrer por varias ciudades de Europa antes, Disney París, París, Milán, Roma y este lugar fue donde más caro pagué, y donde menos me gustó.
