Maison sale , linge sale , lit super inconfortable , arrivée tardive la personne est venu nous donner les clefs avec du retard en plus de ça on arrivant , il nous disent qu’il se sont trompé et qu’il n’ont pas préparer la chambre on dû attendre encore presque 1 h et ça c’était à minuit

"A handy spot in Nice"

Great location with on street parking available. The tram is nearby and plenty of restaurants and a supermarket are close by. The beach is a short walk away. The host Daniel is lovely and met us onsite to show us the studio. He also gave us a welcome gift of a bottle of rose wine. There is a pool onsite too.

The location was close to the beach and close to the old town, shopping areas nearby. A lot of kindness from the host Daniel, who presented us with very precise leisure options and answered all our questions politely and patiently.

"Séjour au top ! Daniel est très gentil !! Studio assez bien placé et fonctionnel ! Un parking juste à côté et la mer à 3"

Fonctionnel et plutôt bien placé ! Très propre avec tout le nécessaire ! Daniel est au top !

Il manquait juste un vrai lit pour plus de confort, et remettre un petit coup de neuf à la salle de bain serait parfait.
