I enjoyed the balcony, and the location was good enough as there is the tram nearby. I ended up walking to the sites I wanted to see which wasn’t relatively bad. Additionally the studio was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The check in process wasn’t as seamless as I’d hope but was able to meet the host to get the key and head to the studio.

Daniel war äußerst hilfsbereit, wir wurden in der Straßenbahn beklaut und er hat uns vorbildlich geholfen, lieben Danke nochmals dafür! Daniel hat uns Tipps für Nizza gegeben und hat Kontakt zu uns gehalten. Die Lage ist optimal, kurzer Weg zum Meer, Supermarkt und Restaurants in direkter Nähe.

"Not-so-good apartment in a good location."

Location

Too small a place. The pull down bed covers the entire room leaving hardly any space to move. The kitchenette was inadequate.
