Awesome place, just in front of a tram line and 10 minutes away from sea. Daniel is a perfect host, very helpful and welcoming

Nice studio for two of us. It was clean with everything what we need for 4 days. location is good, you have shop, bakery, bus station 50-100 m from studio. Daniel is very nice. He give us lot infos what to visit, where to eat, and other things about Nice & other places.

An awesome little studio right in the middle of everything — the beach, trams, old town, restaurants, all within a few minutes on foot. Daniel, the host, was the kind of guy who clearly loves his city: full of great suggestions and super welcoming. The apartment was clean, bright, and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Not cheap, but hey, you’re in Nice. Totally worth it for the vibe and convenience.

I wish parking downstairs was cheaper. Street parking (paid) is also available though

Daniels ir ļoti viesmīlīgs un izpalīdzīgs hosts 10/10. Lokācija izcila 10/10, tuvu centram, tuvu lidostai un tajā pašā laikā klusā rajonā.

Gulta varēja būt ērtāka, bet bija ok.

Out host Daniel was very friendly and nice, helpful. Location is perfect just by the beach. Very nice studio where you can find all that you need.

The excellent location: 2 mins to the Sea! The super market is just on the other side of the road. The host Daniel is very attentive and Police. We were given a welcome Bottle of wine when checked in and Daniel has provided the list of “where to go, what restaurant worth visiting, what to see and great places of Nice”. The room was small and clean and had everything u need to sleep over for 2 nights: the couch/bed, a table, two chairs, all cutlery, a shower with shower gel.

I am a very experienced traveler and decided to come to Nice for 2 nights as a surprise for my friend’s bday just the night before , so no early booking was made. Staying in Nice was always quite expensive , my budget was up to 300 euros for 2 nights. We found this appartment/hotel and the other one , but the review 8,8 made the thing,we booked. We paid 256. :) 1 . There was no space to move when the couch is in the bed form. Little space. 2. The smell of the bed shits and the towels (we got our sport ones with us, I tried to put all towels on the balcony, but unfortunately, didn’t succeed ) The bad smell is like wet cloth spend a week in the wardrobe. 3. The condition of the furniture (the pillows smell, broken plastic chairs on the balcony), rusted cloth drier. 4. The pics are made in sich a racurse that deceives u. Just returned from Stockholm where we spent 2 nights in best western time hotel for 289 euros . Nothing to compare
